The Projects

Phase 1: $900,000 Fully Funded

Phase 1 was the construction of a New Waste Facility. Without this updated waste plant, the camp would have been shut down.  Thanks to many generous donors and volunteers, this project was fully funded and is now complete and UP AND RUNNING!!! This Waste Facility has secured the future of Covenant Heights for many, many years to come!  Praise God!

Phase 2: $975,000

Phase 2 involves: (Click on the Picture for a Fly-Through)

Summit House Activity Center

     -Encourages Community and Fellowship

Summit House Activity Center will create a new "center hub" of camp where we will relocate the camp store, set up a snack shop with tables, and have new bathrooms

     -Increases Flexibility, Activity, and Fun

With multiple meeting rooms in this facility, we will have the flexibility of giving guest groups exactly what they are looking for in a meeting room.  Kids will be active and have epic amounts of fun in the new full size gymnasium and new and improved game room.

     -Promotes Education

With multiple break out rooms, fellowship and education can happen in small group settings.

     -Provides for Year-Round Ministry

When the rain falls, the snow flies, and the wind blows, having an indoor option will make sure kids have the amazing experience of being active at camp.  Guest Groups will now have an amazing indoor option which potentially increase our winter guest group usage.

Phase 2: Improvement to Current Camper Lodges

Part of phase 2 is updating and improving our current camper lodges.  The main project is the bathrooms in Winter and Autumn.  The new bathrooms will have more privacy as well as meet all ADA requirements.

The last part of phase 2 is relocating the maintenance shop to the south end of camp which will reclaim prime land for future programs and buildings.

Phase 3:

Phase 3 will include building one new camper lodge and one new adult/family style lodge.  More information to come!!!
