Kitchen Lead Cook
Position Description

Responsibilities
-
Prepare food for meals; see that all food is put out on
time and at the correct temperature
-
Bring out more food when necessary during meals
-
Clean up after meals and put food away
-
Check inventory for future meals
-
Constantly check every area of kitchen for cleanliness
-
Be friendly, patient, polite and courteous with
campers, staff and guests
-
Maintain daily prayer and quiet times for personal
spiritual growth
-
Attend all staff meetings, Bible studies and prayer
times
-
Act responsible and mature at all times
Accountability
-
Be accountable to the Kitchen Director and Executive
Director
Qualifications
-
Be a person who has personally accepted Jesus Christ as
their Savior and shows evidence of Christian growth and maturity
-
Desire to share your faith with others and seek
opportunities to do so
-
Willing to work hard and serve God through serving
people
-
Be able to show Jesus Christ through your attitude,
actions, and reactions
-
Have the ability to work well with others and be a
positive role model
-
Have general knowledge and practice of good health and
hygiene principles
-
Be at least 18 years of age
