Where Are You Going? (Choices)
Just like our children, as parents, we are given choices. Where are
your daily choices taking you? Are they taking you closer to God’s dream
for your family or farther away? Choices matter.
Saturday, June 28th
Is the Scenery a Blur? (Awareness)
On the road, do you notice the sparrow hawks on the power lines, the red
foxes in the fields, or the changing landscape as you drive? What is so
important that you miss God’s handiwork in your hurry? God is present with
us and is actively at work in you, your children, and you family. Are you
missing it?
Sunday, June 29th
It’s the Journey that Matters, Not the Destination. (Relationships)
God understands that we will never arrive at our intended destination –
it’s the journey that matters to Him. How should our relationship with
Jesus affect our relationship with our children? Are we so focused on the
desired destination, that we miss the importance of the journey (the daily
encounters with those we love)?
