Tom has been the Executive Director at Covenant Heights for six years now.  He came from a camp in Michigan and from several different facilities prior to that.  Tom has been working hard at improving the facilities and programs, and has been quite successful.  Tom's wife, Connie, works as our Registrar and Camp Store Manager.  She comes with experience in both of those areas from their previous camp!  The camp store has become very successful with her managing abilities.  They enjoy having their family around as their 2 sons are working at camp and their daughter Kim is attending college at Colorado State University.

Nicole Cousineau

Nicole is the Guest Services Director.  She works with all our guest groups, helping them plan retreats and coordinate all the details.  She is also the Marketing Director for camp.  Nicole works to get the word out about camp through a variety of promotions.  Nicole helps keep camp running smoothly for everyone who comes!  Nicole is married to Tom who was our former Outdoor Education director and is now the youth pastor at Estes Park Wesleyan Church.

Mike Cousineau  Mike@CovenantHeights.org
Mike is the Maintenance Director.  He recently completed mechanics school and this knowledge comes in handy around camp.  He organizes and works to keep camp running smoothly.  Mike also enjoys working with all the volunteers at camp, keeping them busy as they play a vital role at camp!  Mike is married to Rae who works as a CNA and an EMT while also frequently helping out around camp.

Robin Aalderink  Robin@CovenantHeights.org
Robin is the Adventure Camp Director.  This is a new program for Covenant Heights, but has had great success.  Robin loves being outdoors in God’s creation and finds joy in sharing this love with campers and guests.  Robin is also an instructor for outdoor education.

Paul and Hart Ditmer  Paul@CovenantHeights.org  Hart@CovenantHeights.org
Paul is the Outdoor Education Director.  He books school group, creates curriculum, and leads the program when schools are on camp.  During the summer, Paul supervises the ropes facilitators as they lead our challenge course elements and host guest groups.  He also maintains our activity areas and takes care of a variety of other work around camp.  Paul's wife, Hart, serves as our Administrative Assistant and, along with Nicole, is often the first voice that greets you when you call Covenant Heights.

Kevin Granger  Kevin@CovenantHeights.org
Kevin is the Program Director, responsible for the traditional summer camps.  Along with planning summer camp, Kevin also trains and supervises the counseling staff.  His hope is to create an environment where campers can encounter the awesome power of God while being surrounded by both the beauty of His creation and a loving camp staff.  Kevin also helps with bookkeeping and IT support.  Kevin is married to Ricki who is studying to be an elementary teacher and frequently helps out around camp.

Martha Chandler  Martha@CovenantHeights.org
Martha is our Food Service Director, responsible for all kitchen related activities and for keeping our guests full of great food.  She is married to Russ who often helps out with many projects around camp.  Martha is also the mother of Hart Ditmer and grandmother of our newest addition, Gavin.
