Tom has been the Executive Director at Covenant Heights for over ten years. He came from a camp in Michigan and from several different facilities prior to that. Tom has been working hard at improving the facilities and programs, and has been quite successful. Tom's wife, Connie, works as our Registrar and Camp Store Manager. She comes with experience in both of those areas from their previous camp! Tom and Connie have two sons (one of which also works at camp) and a daughter. |

JoAnn is the Guest Services Director. She works with all our guest groups, helping them plan retreats and coordinate all the details. She is also the Marketing Director for camp. JoAnn works to get the word out about camp through a variety of promotions. JoAnn helps keep camp running smoothly for everyone who comes! |

Jesse is the Director of Development at Covenant Heights. He finds this role at camp very exciting, because he gets to witness the joy people experience when they are investing in a ministry they believe in. Jesse grew up going to camp and attributes much of his faith development to those experiences. He holds a Master’s degree from North Park Seminary in Christian Formation, and a Master’s degree from North Park Business School in Nonprofit Administration. Jesse and his wife Megan have one daughter named Hana. |

Mike is the Maintenance Director. He has completed mechanics school and this knowledge comes in handy around camp. He organizes and works to keep camp running smoothly. Mike also enjoys working with all the volunteers at camp, keeping them busy as they play a vital role at camp! Mike is married to Rae who works as a Nurse and an EMT, also using these roles to help around camp. |

Robin is the Program Director. Robin loves being outdoors in God’s creation and finds joy in sharing this love with campers and guests. Robin also handles Human Resources, hiring summer staff for all areas of camp. Robin also helps teach Outdoor Education in the fall and spring. Robin is married to her husband Kyle. |

John is the Outdoor Education Director. He books school groups, creates curriculum, and leads the program when groups are on camp. During the summer, John supervises the ropes facilitators as they lead our challenge course elements and hosts guest groups. He also maintains our activity areas and takes care of a variety of other work around camp. He and his wife, Sarah, have one daughter named Clara. |

Dave is our Food Service Director, responsible for all kitchen related activities and for keeping our guests full of great food. Dave is more than happy to accommodate any special dietary needs you might have! |
